Once your enquiry is received, we will review whether our service is likely to be an appropriate fit for your needs. If so, you will receive a link to our online calendar to book an initial appointment.

3. We'll send you our intake & consent forms

After booking, you will receive secure intake documentation to complete prior to your first session. This includes contact details, Medicare information (if applicable), and consent and confidentiality forms.
